Dropshipper News - Mar 2, 2005
Hi Again. Armand here from http://www.dropship-suppliers.com . As usual, I have had more great dropshippers ask to be added to the Ultimate Dropshipper. We just added 15 new listings today. Some details:
They dropship everything on the site - hundreds of RC Toys... Plus they have Science Kits, Magic Tricks, Airsoft Guns, Robots & other gadgets. I'm into these kind of toys so I was just freaking out as I looked through their inventory!
This supplier has some really hot products like ipods, digicams, pdas, mp3 players, dvd players and more.
and there are more - some mainstream and some really niche oriented products... If you are an Ultimate Dropshipper user, then just login to the member's area to see these new dropshippers. And if you're not a member, then go to http://www.dropship-suppliers.com and pick up a copy! Just in the last 2 days I have gotten these emails from people who were blown away by what they got out of the product:

I just wanted to drop a note to say that
I purchased a few different services on Ebay that provided info on
dropshipping, wholesalers, etc and demanded refunds from all of them
with exception of yours. I found some incredible wholesalers
that I buy from and make huge profits, thanks to your links.
And the fact that you consistently update the information, provide
honest remarks about them (such as, "be careful with this
distributor because people are having delivery issues", etc.)
has made this package one of the best I've ever received. I'm always
kept up to date on product changes, new wholesalers, dropped
wholesalers, and more. I'm rebuilding my online store now and
have also opened an Ebay store that I'm gathering products for also.
Basically I pulled my current auctions and stock to replace them
with the great deals I've found thru your package.
Keep up the good work.

Your dropship manual is awesome. We were about to spend thousands on another similar offer and now thank our lucky stars we have come across The Ultimate Dropshipper. I would recommend this to my own mother and father. Adrian & Lauren and some comments I get from the product satisfaction survey people can submit after using the Ultimate Dropshipper: Armand! Your
description on how to test market a product before launching a website
is priceless. Very few ebooks give such specifics and step by step
instructions. Your customer support is also awesome!!
Armand, I think you must build the most loyal customers possible. I'm totally convinced of your sincerity and your ethics and your accomplishments. And, when I first ordered your Ultimate Dropshippers Guide, I had a problem and you responded to my email right away. So I too am one of your legion fans. Lauretta Anonby
You offer an excellent
and thorough product for a very fair price!
Well, for someone with absolutely no experience in internet marketing this book is indispensable. It explains in detail what has do be done, how to do it and what not to bother doing. In fact, there's so much to learn here a single read-through is scarcely adequate. Conveniently, there's a menu that lets you select sections to review without scrolling through the whole thing. It also gives you links to all the author's recommended resources and references . . . a tremendous benefit! Stewart Murray
Packed full of useful info!! Thanks... Jason Stone Just finished your Ultimate Dropshippers Guide and it was worth every penny. Thank you for a great piece of work. Steve Johnsen
I can only describe
this product as 'OUTSTANDING'! I have never come across anything that
comes close to the quality of detailed information you have given. I
can only relate it to an intensive and expensive training course at
college. Apart from the extensive amount of very detailed information
you provide, all relevant website addresses which are linked to the
information are provided. You also project enthusiasm and confidence
to get started. What you have given I find very rare these days. I have tons more of these positive comments and of course the odd comment from someone who didn't like my product and wanted a refund: I received the
paypal payment. I appreciate your prompt refund and being true to your
word. Thanks again. Actually in this guy's case, he had some other things going on in his life that he needed to focus on - an ebiz was just not right for him. But there is the odd case where someone just doesn't feel the Ultimate Dropshipper is what they need. Can't seem to find one of those email right now though :-) The point is that if you don't like what you see, you simply send me an email for a refund. That's it... How to simplify the process of finding profitable products One critical method I use to unearth profitable products is test-marketing products one at a time via pay-per-click (ppc) search engines like Google Adwords & Overture. I use Google Adwords (Google's payperclick feature) to test products all the time. In less than 24 hrs. you can find out if your product idea has legs - you can even be making profit! My trick for speeding up the process of making a product available online is to use an online shopping system like http://www.wholesale-dropshipping.com/get_store.php . The key is to establish a process that allows you to easily publish & test products. A shopping cart system really speeds up testing products for profitability and you can tap into very specific keyword focused traffic via ppc search engines like Google. You plug the product data into the shopping cart then setup an ad or 2 for the most relevant keywords at Google, then watch what happens for then next couple of days. You can determine exactly how much you spend per clickthru to your site and how much in total you spend per day. After you drive 100-200 visitors to your product listing, you will have some valuable feedback on whether that product is worth pursuing any further. Remember though - you need to be as specific as possible when deciding what keywords to use for your ad - more specific means more likely to want to buy & higher conversion of visitors into buyers. General keywords will just eat up your money so stay away from them. It isn't about quantity alone; it has to be quality traffic. You might have to research many products before you find a good one. I get prices from a dropshipper then I just run through everything they have. If I find nothing, then I move on. If I discover some products that have potential, then I test them online. I keep the ones that sell & dump those that don't. It's that simple. With a shopping cart system & ppc search engines, it can all be done at lightning speed. If you are trying some oddball products, you can get 100 targeted visitors for less than 10 bucks (10cents per click) - if you're selling a product that has a $30 profit margin and you convert 2% of your visitors then you are making $40 per 100 visitors. That's when you increase you daily budget and drive as much targeted traffic as Google can provide! If you spend $10 to make $40 then why not spend $100 to make $400 or $1000 to make $4000. As long as you are getting a good return on what you spend, then you should slowly increase your spending by increasing your budget & testing new keywords. Always slowly though so you are only expanding based on clear evidence that it is warranted. You might think it would be hard to keep track of all this but Google & Overture provide great reporting tools you can use to determine what keywords/ads are driving traffic, how many clicks they are getting & how much they are costing you. You just compare that with your sales data in order to keep track of your advertising return on investment. I want to come back to what I mentioned above about how I use dropshippers - notice that I don't go looking for a specific product. I pick 6-10 dropshippers & I run through all their products ( OK not all if they have 1000 products, then I pick a subset of products ). That is the best way to make use of dropshippers - use what they are already stocking. Many people will email me and share their frustrations about not being able to find a dropshipper for this or that product. That is not the best way to make use of dropshipping because it's like trying to force a square peg in a round hole - it can be done but with great difficulty. There are a finite number of dropshippers and many many products are not being dropshipped. Why not choose the path of least resistance especially if it can produce profit more quickly? Work with what the dropshippers have... You can even ask the dropshipper what is moving well these days - they'll tell you. Ask for their top 5 sellers then check pricing for competitivenes. If the pricing is decent, then do some quick testing via a shopping cart and ppc search engines. Within a few days you will have positive cashflow and the beginning of a successful ebiz. And even if you already have an established business, this is a great way to extend & expand your product offering. I talk about all this in much greater detail in The Ultimate Dropshipper so check it out http://www.dropship-suppliers.com if you want the whole enchilada on Internet selling. MyShopKart pre-release: time's almost up! If you are going to sell online, you really should consider using a shopping cart system to quickly test products as I have described above. But the clock is ticking - if you want to benefit from the very reduced pricing that will be gone once we start to fully promote MyShopKart, then now's the time to get setup. Go
here http://www.wholesale-dropshipping.com/get_store.php
to get all the details. That means that you can save a bundle on your webstore simply by getting setup before then. But even if you end up deciding to get setup later when the price has risen, you'll still be paying a fraction of what other service providers charge. If you can save the extra money by signing up now though, use it to drive traffic to your store. Traffic is what generates profit and what allows you to make money from a website. That's why traffic has to be the focus of your online business once you have a basic website setup. Well that's it for now. Cheers for this week, Armand
